Laskaratou – Montesantou Law Office, based in Argostoli, in the historic Romanos Square (near
the Bank of Piraeus), in the same place where the Notary Office of Pantelis N. Montesantos
was located, was founded in 1997 and for more than 25 years has had an active presence both
in the area of judicial practice, as well as consulting law providing legal services inside and
outside of Greece.

Maria Laskaratou – Montesantou
Maria Laskaratou – Montesantou obtained her Law Diploma from the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace and she is a member of the Kefalonia Bar Association since 1997.
She specializes in Civil Law with a particular emphasis on Property and Real Estate Law and is proudly included in the list of English-speaking Attorneys as provided by the British Consulate in Greece.
Having deep roots in the local community and a profound understanding of the legal landscape in Kefalonia, Maria, as a Senior Lawyer, combines local knowledge with a strategic approach to address each client’s unique needs.
Whether representing individuals, businesses, or international clients, she’s committed to delivering personalized legal solutions, grounded in
extensive experience and a thorough understanding of Greek law.
Angeliki Montesantou
Angeliki Montesantou obtained her Law Diploma from the School of Law of the University of Athens and she is a member of the Kefalonia Bar Association.
She spent the last years working for well-known law firms located in Athens as a member of the Real Estate and Cadastre team, providing comprehensive advice on all matters related to real estate, including conducting thorough due diligence on property titles, handling procedures at Land Registries and Cadastral Offices across Greece, and representing sellers or buyers in property sales and leasing agreements.
Holder of a degree in the Department of French Language and Literature of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, she speaks excellent French as well as English.
Anastasia Montesantou
Anastasia Montesantou is a passionate Trainee Lawyer with a deep enthusiasm for all things legal.
She is currently cooperating with the Legal Council of the State in Athens and apart from Greek, she also speaks English and French.
She is eager to continue honing her skills and contributing to the legal profession with integrity and passion.
